The day before yesterday I bought Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones, registered in Razer ID and registered the headphones themselves, after which I waited 24+ hours for the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code to be sent to my email, which never arrived.

I want to add that in the box with the headphones I didn’t have any scratch card with a code, only a piece of paper with a QR code that leads to the site for registration
