Hello, I recently bought a Blackshark v2 x headset. I activated it, but I can't hear any sound, and I just hear the sound of what's happening outside, like in my room and other places in my house. When I go on YouTube or something else, I can't hear the song from the video or anything else on my computer. Help me please.

Hi there,
Were you able to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound feature? You need to set it as the default playback device. Does it make any difference if you temporarily disabled it? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
