So I have got my blackshark V2 X wired with jack output. Set the device, downloaded the 7.1 surround system and activated. Selecting the 7.1 surround sound as default from windows and “Realtek(R) audio (Headphones)” from the 7.1 software and no sound comes from the headset.
When I select “Realtek(R) audio (Headphones)” from windows I hear the sound all good from the headphones… just trying to get the 7.1 surround sound to work. Help would be appreciated.
