Hello, I currently have 2 problems with the micro razer blackshark v2 x. It simply does not work. In addition, when I want to add my device to my razer account, it says that it is already in use, but when I want to request an activation code, it asks me to add my device.
Is the microphone by any chance not compatible with Windows 11? Or the fact that I don't have a Realtek sound card ?
