Hi razer, bought my razer blackshark v2 x yesterday from shopee and was excited to test the 7.1 surround sound. But only to find out that the seller didn't include the activation code scratch card(but a regular card about 7.1 surround sound) and when I try to register it as new product, it says that the product is already registered. What's more weird is that when confronted, the seller responded that it already has the surround sound and auto register warranty. Which made no sense.
I think I bought a fake product and I would appreciate it if someone from razer could help me check if it's fake or not.
