Hello, i just bought this product in august 21 from amazon, after putting all the information and trying to register the product, it says its already registered, how can i solve this, i have no money to buy another one

You can find your device's activation code on the scratch card included in the packaging, as indicated here. If the card is missing or the code has already been used, I recommend contacting the reseller from Amazon to request a replacement or a refund. Make sure to purchase your Razer products from authorized Razer resellers to ensure your device is genuine. Please be aware that products purchased from non-authorized dealers may be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods.
