Razer Blackshark V2 X Product number is invalid

It says Product number is invalid but I’m sure of it being correct idk why it’s says incorrect

    Hi ARKM_1,

    Let me help you with your concern. Please ensure you enter your Razer BlackShark V2 X's serial number in the “SERIAL NUMBER OR UNIQUE ID” field without including the "S/N". Below that, you should see your product number, which will auto-populate the box.

    If the error persists, please send me a PM with a screenshot of the error and a photo of your device's serial number so I can help validate the information. Upload it via Google Drive and set it to "Public" or “Anyone with the Link” so we can access the file. Then, share the link with me. All the best!
