Razer BlackShark V2 X – Registration and Activation Issue

About three weeks ago, I bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset online.
I received it yesterday and tested it today.

When I tried to register the serial number, the system said that the product was already registered by another user. The activation code was not included in the package, and online registration shows the same problem.

Because of this, I cannot activate the Surround Sound feature.
I would like to know what solution you can offer, since the product is new.

I understand you’re having issues registering the device to your Razer account. Where did you purchase your headset? Have you tried reaching out to the reseller regarding this issue and requesting a replacement? Feel free to PM me with your device's serial number and proof of purchase for validation. About three weeks ago, I placed an online order for a pair of Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones.
I received them yesterday, and due to work reasons, I was only able to test them a few hours ago.

When I installed the headphones and tried to register the serial number, the system showed a message saying that the product cannot be registered because it has already been registered by another user.
In addition, the activation code was not included in the package, so I tried to register the product online, but the same problem appeared again.

This situation is very frustrating because I cannot activate important features like Surround Sound, which was one of the main reasons why I bought these headphones.

I would like to know what solution you can offer me, since the product is new and was purchased legally.
