About three weeks ago, I bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset online. I received it yesterday and tested it today.
When I tried to register the serial number, the system said that the product was already registered by another user. The activation code was not included in the package, and online registration shows the same problem.
Because of this, I cannot activate the Surround Sound feature. I would like to know what solution you can offer, since the product is new.
