Hello, I recently bought a Blackshark V2 X headset, and it’s my first time using Razer. I downloaded 7.1 Surround Sound apps, and it says I have to register the product. So, I went ahead and tries to. However, when I tried to register my product, I found out that it had already been registered. I’m still confused about this problem. I would appreciate it if you could assist me on this problem. Thanks.

Most of aliexpress or 3rd party sellers on amazon units have the same issue. New headsets are never registered.
