Hi, when I was unboxing my new headset I found a card. In a dim lit room I started to scratch the card but then relised I had over scratched the card or the card was made too soft or something cause now the middle characters are unreadable. I can read the first 5 and the last 5 digits but not the middle two sets of 5 digits. These headphones have a lot of bass and im hoping that when I get my new activation code for the 7.1 surround sound then it will help with the sound and I can customise to my taste with the software.
