Today i bought a Razer Blackshark v2 x im trying to use 7.1 but i couldnt take my activation code. Site says my serial number is invalid can someone help me?

Please make sure to download the correct software, the 7.1 Surround Sound, and not the THX Spatial Audio software. Feel free to PM me with your device's serial number and a screenshot showing the error so I can check. Thanks!
