Hello, I purchased my headset from n11.com. It said it would be shipped from abroad. It was shipped from China, and I received it about two weeks later. When I tried to register the serial number on the box with my Razer ID, I got an error saying the headset was already registered. This shouldn't be possible because the headset is brand new.
I have the receipt, so I can return it, but it's likely to take a very long time. I don't want to deal with all this. Is there a way to resolve this? Also, the Razer Synapse app doesn't detect the headset. I assume it's because I can't register it.
There are some things that raise my suspicions. For example, when I go to Device Manager on my computer, it detects my gaming mouse as a Razer DeathAdder, but the headset is a 7.1 speaker. Help, I don't want to wait another month.
