Razer Blackshark V2 X serial number already registered problem

Hi ive purchased a Blackshark V2 X headset but when i want to register it , it says product already registered.

SERIAL NO: HN2121D13403722

 

Please could you send me an activation code to use for 7.1 surround sound

    Hi ​@StevenMeyer,

    For security reasons, I would suggest removing the serial number from your post. Upon checking in our system, please be advised that your headset was previously registered way back in 2022. The headset was manufactured in 2021 and was purchased the year after. There is a risk that products purchased from non authorized resellers are often used, counterfeit, re-boxed or gray market goods. I would highly suggest that you get in touch with your reseller for a refund. Unfortunately, we do not have spare 7.1 Surround activation codes. Just send me a PM for any other concerns.
