Hello Razer Support,

I purchased a new Razer BlackShark V2 X White  from Amazon India (Sold by Clicktech Retail Private Ltd) on 24 July 2026.

Serial Number: 8xxx0402500xxxx

 

The product registration page reports "Unrecognized Serial Number."  could you plasee help on the same

Let me double‑check your headset’s serial number. Please send me a PM with a clear photo showing the product serial number so I can take a closer look and verify it on our end. Kindly and upload it to Google Drive, and set it to "Public" or “Anyone Who Has The Link” so i can access the file. Thank you!
