Hello, my Blackshark V2 X headset, which I received just a few hours ago, is leaking sound. The other person can hear themselves while talking, and music/media sound is being transmitted to the other person. I uninstalled the Realtek drivers, but the problem persists. I know this is a software issue. Please help.

Hi FeritValo,

I understand you're experiencing a sound leakage issue with your Blackshark V2 X headset. Please try the following troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue:

1. Check the audio ports and audio jack for any dirt or debris.

2. Confirm the audio jack is plugged in properly. If you are using a splitter cable, check if the splitter cable is causing the issue

3. Rule out software issues. Close all audio enhancing software including Razer Synapse, Razer 7.1 Surround Sound, THX Spatial Audio and check if the issue persists.

4. If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your headset drivers, including Razer Synapse, Razer 7.1 Surround Sound or THX Spatial Audio. Restart your PC then test your headset.

If the sound leakage continues after trying these steps, please send me a PM with the serial number of your device so I can check into your device's details and explore further solutions for you.

Looking forward to your response. Thanks!
