So i recently on the 15th of September purchased a Blackshark x. I bought it for the reason that i enjoy long gaming and had a original blackshark a while ago. But when it arrived i couldnt put the surround sound code in since it arrived ripped in several pieces. I registered the headset to my account and thats all i seem to be able to do. Is there any chance that i can recover the code that i got with my order?

Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. That's odd since the code is inside the package. Please be aware that this is not covered by Razer's limited warranty. By the way, have you registered the device? Also, have you contacted our Support Team? If yes, please send me your case number or email address together with the headset's serial number via PM so I can check your account. Let's continue from there.
