Razer blackshark v2 x surround sound issue

Hello, I recently bought this headset ( Razer blackshark v2 x ), I installed the surround sound software, entered my activation key and I set the surround sound 7.1 as default. The problem is that whenever I try to play a video or a game the sound is extremely laggy and the game/video freezes. It even caused a system service exception BSOD once. If I set the speakers to realtek high definition audio everything is ok. Also when I open system sounds i get a notification ( i have included a picture of it ) which states: " Audio Enhancements problem".
