I recently purchased a pair of Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones. When I try to register the product in my Razer ID account, the system does not allow me to complete the registration because I do not have the activation code. The product is genuine, but since I bought it from a third-party seller, the activation card was not included in the package.
I would like to request assistance in registering my product and obtaining a valid activation code. I can provide proof of purchase and photos of the product if needed.
