Razer Blackshark V2 X wired gaming headset

I just bought a Razer blackshark v2 x gaming headset ( 3.5mm one ) it was working fine but now there is a buzzing sound whenever i use the knob to adjust volume and the right side is loud and clear but the left side volume isnt clear the sound seperation for left and right feels terrible because of this please help if anyone knows a possible fix
