Hello,
I have just bought the Xbox Blackshark v2 Pro. The headset is not conecting to the dongle, either to the Xbox or PC.
I have try connecting the headphones using the Bluetooth option with no dongle connected and it connects to my phone and pc. However I want to connected to the Xbox but it does not work. It's a brand new product.
Help please
