Razer blackshark v2x mic not working.

Hello, I just bought a new razer blackshark v2x, and my mic isn’t working. I have updated drivers, I downloaded 7.1 Surround Sound, mic is detected but just isn’t working. And yes it is inserted correctly -_-

Pls help me!
