Razer Blackshark V2X product register problem

Hello helpful people. I have a Razer Blackshark V2X. I want to use the 7.1 surround sound feature and for this I tried to add my product to the Razer website. But it says this product has already been registered. I have not done this before because I just bought my computer. Please help me if you know anything about that. Have a good time.
