Razer Blackshark V2X registration problem

Hello, while trying to register my Razer Blackshark V2X product that I purchased from the N11 website to my Razer ID, I receive the error that this product has been registered before. I am ready to send any attachments such as proof of purchase, invoice and product box images. I would like to get help regarding my problem.

Have you had a chance to check the activation code on the scratch card that came with your packaging, as indicated here? Please send me a PM with your headset’s serial number and proof of purchase for verification. You can save the file to Google Drive and make sure to enable sharing so I can view it. Thanks!
