a. Photo showing the error during the registration

b. The original box showing the serial number

c. The email address associated to your Razer ID

I'm having the exact same issue but with the blackshark v2 x, I've purchased razer products before and was excited to use surround sound for the first time.

Please check if you've mistakenly placed number zero as an upper case for the letter "O" and vice versa. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
