just bought the headphone; when i try to enter the activation code it says license invalid for the surround 7.1. This is my first product also; was really excited

    Hi there! I appreciate your interest in our products and services. Please send me the following: a. Photo showing the error during the registration b. The original box showing the serial number c. The email address associated to your Razer ID Send the file/info via Google Drive or to any online drive account then paste the link in your PM.     I'm having the exact same issue but with the blackshark v2 x, I've purchased razer products before and was excited to use surround sound for the first time.

    Please check if you've mistakenly placed number zero as an upper case for the letter "O" and vice versa. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
