Razer blackshark V2X USB, mic Noise cancellation not working

I ordered a Razer BlackShark V2X USB from Amazon, and it arrived today. The problem is that it’s picking up every single sound possible—keyboard, mouse clicks, etc.—which is very annoying. The ad said it came with an upgraded HyperClear Noise Cancellation mic, so I’m not sure why this is happening. Also, my package was slightly damaged when it arrived, and I don’t know if it’s just my own problem, but the sound from the right side of the headset is louder than the left but there wasn't any problem like this with my old headset which i used till like 20 min ago. I also noticed some white powder-like substance inside the foam on the right side, and it isn’t removable.
