Hello Razer Support,
I recently purchased the Razer BlackShark V3 for Xbox, and I am experiencing two issues that I would appreciate your help resolving.
1. Footsteps Scaling wheel not working correctly on Xbox
I have assigned the multifunction wheel to Footsteps Scaling using the Razer app. However, when I turn the wheel while using the headset on my Xbox, it only adjusts the Game/Chat audio mixer instead of changing the footsteps audio level.
I have tried configuring the wheel through the app, but the selected function does not seem to work correctly on the console.
2. EQ presets cannot be saved to the headset
I have already installed the Razer Audio Setup for Xbox app on my Xbox console. The app displays several EQ presets, including presets for different games. However, when I select another preset in order to switch to it, the selection does not appear to be saved to the headset. As a result, I cannot reliably switch between the presets I want to use.
I have also updated the headset to the latest available firmware, but both issues persist.
Could you please provide a solution to both issues?
In particular, I would like to know:
-
How to make the Footsteps Scaling function work correctly with the multifunction wheel on Xbox.
-
How to save and switch between the available EQ presets so that the selected profiles are correctly stored on the headset and remain available when using it on Xbox.
-
Whether these issues are related to a known firmware or software bug, and whether a firmware update or another procedure is required to fix them.
Since I have only recently purchased this headset, I would appreciate clear troubleshooting instructions or confirmation of whether a fix is available.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards
