so i just got a pair of razer blackshark v3 x hyperspeed’s coming from a razer blackshark v2 pros and it says it has Bluetooth mode but so far i’ve paired with my iphone twice and my computer once and got no Bluetooth audio out of either device.. is this Bluetooth only for phone calls?

It's important to note that the headset does not support simultaneous audio from multiple sources. However, by single tapping the SmartSwitch button, you can toggle between Razer HyperSpeed Wireless and Bluetooth.

- Verify the volume level and connection of your headphones and audio source.
- Ensure your Bluetooth headphones are properly paired and connected to your device.
