so i just got a pair of razer  blackshark v3 x hyperspeed’s coming from a razer blackshark v2 pros  and it says it has Bluetooth mode but so far i’ve paired with my iphone twice and my computer once and got no Bluetooth audio out of either device.. is this Bluetooth only for phone calls?

If you're experiencing issues with Bluetooth audio, please ensure that your Razer BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed is properly paired and selected as the audio output device on your iPhone or computer. It's important to note that the headset does not support simultaneous audio from multiple sources. However, by single tapping the SmartSwitch button, you can toggle between Razer HyperSpeed Wireless and Bluetooth.

Here are some additional troubleshooting steps:

  • Verify the volume level and connection of your headphones and audio source.
  • Ensure your Bluetooth headphones are properly paired and connected to your device.
  • If using a PC, confirm that your headset is selected as the playback device in the audio settings.
