razer blackshark v3 hyperspeed hissing sound

i just bought razer blackshark v3 hyperspeed 20 mins ago. and these is hissing sound background 24/7 when i connect with 2.4 dodge but when i connect Bluetooth its normal. i researched it. cant find anything. do i return or is there a fix
