Razer blackshark v3 mic preview doesnt work

"BlackShark V3, brand new. The microphone preview crackles only when using the 2.4GHz dongle; it works fine when connected via a wired connection. The firmware is up to date. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but it didn’t fix the issue. I plugged it into a different USB port, but that didn’t work either. I think it started happening after a firmware update, but I’m not sure. I just bought the headset. What should I do? It only stops working in the Razer app. My microphone works in every other app.
