Razer Blackshark v3 No audio or mic after seemingly nothing

So, I’m not entirely sure what did happen with my headset. I was playing games last night with some buddies and it worked perfectly fine, I got off and left my computer for maybe 30 minutes to 1hr and suddenly my Blackshark headset is just not getting any audio even while acting connected, same for the microphone not sending any audio out. I have them set up using the Hyperspeed dongle on my PC, and they work fine bluetoothed to my phone.
Its going so far as to not even let me update the firmware on the device, which shouldnt even be that out of date (been ~2mo), acting like the dongle isnt connected. I’m not as savvy as I should be with tech, and any help would be appreciated.
