I bought a Razer Black Shark V3 (RZ04-054101...), but there was no 7.1 or THX activation code in the box. When I try to get one through https://mysupport.razer.com/app/self-help/surround-sound/index, I get the message "Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. Please refer to 7.1 Surround Sound System For Gaming Headset for eligible products."
What should I do? Please help!

Please be informed that the Razer BlackShark V3 comes with THX Spatial Audio and is integrated within Razer Synapse. Please follow the steps here to configure THX Spatial Audio for headsets. I hope this information helps. Feel free to send me a PM if you need further assistance. Stay awesome!
