The headset will only provide audio in bluetooth and the mic will only work via bluetooth as well which drastically drops the audio quality in games. Please help I’ve tried everything from factory resets to making sure my firmware and synapse is updated and also trying every combination of input and output modes. Nothing has worked :( PS I’ve also tried every single USB port on my PC to no avail.

Let me assist you with your headset. Is the dongle still detected in the Device Manager? Can you test your headset on another computer to see if it behaves the same way? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team.
