Razer Blackshark v3 pro

I purchased the Razer BlackShark V3 Pro in late October. The volume wheel stopped working shortly after, and now the headset Bs v3 pro has stopped working, have done updates

This has been extremely frustrating, especially given how recently I purchased it. I expected better durability and reliability from this product. On top of that, the warranty support process has been very disappointing.

I would like assistance with resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Also is there any difference when you have synapse closed (Click on Synapse central icon in tray → exit all apps)?


Wont let me create a ticket keeps giving me a loop around with warranty

Thank you for sharing your concern here. I understand that you are having issues with your BlackShark V3 Pro, from the volume wheel failing shortly after purchase to the headset itself no longer working even after performing updates.

Could you please let me know if any changes were made to your system before the issue started? Does the issue still occurs even without Razer Synapse running. You can disable Razer Synapse by following the steps on this link.
