I purchased the Razer BlackShark V3 Pro in late October. The volume wheel stopped working shortly after, and now the headset Bs v3 pro has stopped working, have done updates
This has been extremely frustrating, especially given how recently I purchased it. I expected better durability and reliability from this product. On top of that, the warranty support process has been very disappointing.
I would like assistance with resolving this issue as soon as possible.
