Razer Blackshark V3 Pro being detected as Speakers in anything other than Bluetooth mode

I recently got the Razer Black shark V3 Pros. After some testing and being a little disappointed with the sound quality, I stated looking into some fixes or to see if it was just my system. The first thing I noticed was that in 2.4 mode (wireless or wired) the headset is being detected as speakers in windows. This issue doesn’t occur when connected via Bluetooth but that just sounds even worse, and I lose access to Eq presets and such.  My Drivers are completely up to date. What is the issue?

Please check in Windows device manager if there are any duplicated audio/hardware drivers that your BlackShark V2 Pro could’ve potentially been associated with. You can download and install the Razer Driver Clean-up tool to remove all Razer-related files from your PC. Once done, please restart your computer, then reinstall the Razer Synapse, including its updates. Also, you can follow this article and see if it helps. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
