Hi,
my Blackshark V3 Pro randomly started to just not work with the Hyperspeed Wireless and the Bluetooth. Since then I can only use it with the USB cable.
What I already tried:
turning it on and off multiple times (propalby 200 times in the last two months)
updating the firmware
