I recently updated my headset and dongle to the latest firmware, 1.4.4. After that, the dongle no longer works. My headset can still connect to my computer over Bluetooth.
I tried the pairing utility, that didn’t fix the issue.

Razer Blackshark V3 Pro Dongle broken after firmware update
Same, I “upgraded” to firmware v1.4.4_r1 and my dongle is broken. I am going to return these overpriced pieces of crap and never buy razer again in my life.

where can i update the headset? i just saw how to do it with the dongle
Same here, DONGLE is updated, but headset is not - the process is stuck on : connect USB A to USB C cable to the device - tried 6 different usb data cables - still not working and cant get this process to update headset…. cant even find button or way to contact support.. yea.. very nice support from Razer - non existent
