Razer BlackShark V3 Pro mic became too quiet after firmware v1.3.3 update

Hello,

I have a critical issue that proves a software bug in the latest firmware. 

I previously returned my Razer BlackShark headset under warranty because the microphone suddenly became extremely quiet after an update. Today, I received a brand new replacement headset from the warranty service. 

Before updating the firmware, the new headset's microphone was working perfectly fine and loud. However, as soon as I updated both the headset and the USB dongle to the latest firmware v1.3.3, the exact same issue returned: the microphone became extremely quiet again. 

The audio output (headphones sound) is completely fine and correct. The problem is strictly with the microphone volume drop after v1.3.3 on an AMD Ryzen system. My Windows microphone levels are at 100%, but friends still can barely hear me.

      I believe I’m having the same issue. I have a brand new Black Shark v3 Pro which was initially working fine. I updated the version 1.3.3.0 and now the microphone, despite being at 100% in Synapse/Windows, is incredibly quiet.

      Is there any way of rolling back to a previous firmware version to see if that fixes the issue?
