Razer BlackShark V3 Pro - Microphone detection at ~5% on Windows

Whenever I test my windows microphone detection volume in Windows settings (System > Sound > Properties of Microphone BlackShark V3 Pro - Chat > Microphone test) I get a volume percent of around 5% compared to the usual 50% or more from my other headsets.

I have done the following in troubleshooting:

  • Connected the USB Dongle to different USB ports
  • Ensured the speakers Game and microphone Chat are the Windows default devices in sound settings
  • Checked the Sound settings “Recording” tab and properties of the V3 - Chat microphone
    • Made sure Levels was at 100%
    • Tested with and without “Exclusive Mode” and “Signal Enhancements” enabled and disabled
  • Uninstalled and reinstalled microphone drivers and Synapse 4
  • Updated V3 Pro dongle and headset firmware
  • Tried Wired mode rather than the wireless dongle
  • Tried on another computer

None of this has helped or seemed to change the microphones 5% output volume. Any additional help and support would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
