I recently purchased the Black Shark V3 Pro (White version) headset. I have two questions regarding an issue I’m experiencing.
First, it seems that there is no way to connect the headset to my Xbox except through the 3.5mm jack connected to the controller. Is that correct?
Second, when I connect it to the controller using the jack, I can hear a faint background noise, and sometimes during gameplay there is a high-pitched buzzing/whistling sound.
Is there any solution to fix this issue?
