Razer blackshark v3 Pro sound issues

Hi,

I purchased a BlackShark v3 pro not so long ago and have had many audio issues with it.

At first I had fade in & fade out sound which it seems I am not the only one having this issue but it actually stops.

Now I have random crashes of the headset, sometimes for no visible reason the headset stops, I have to turn it ON & OFF again to get sound back. I already disabled low latency sound and now face some audio glitches, for example when listening to music, I have some weird glitches.

I updated Synapse to the latest version as well as updating the firmware of the headset & dongle to the latest.

Do you have any ideas what could be wrong? I really like the headset it’s well build and  the feature set is great, so I would really love to fix those slight annoying issues.

Thanks a lot !

Hey there, @TOPAZWisteriafresh457

I understand that you’re having issues with your BlackShark V3 Pro, including audio fading in and out, random headset crashes. To help narrow down the cause, may I ask: Do these issues occur with or without Razer Synapse running in the background?

Please try disabling Razer Synapse to check if the issue persists. You can follow the instructions on this link to properly disable it: How to close or disable Razer Synapse

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
