Razer BlackShark V3 Pro Wireless ANC disconnects during use

Hello,

I am contacting you to request warranty support for my Razer BlackShark V3 Pro - Wireless ANC Esports Headset.

The product was purchased on Amazon on March 16, 2026 and delivered on April 14, 2026. I have been experiencing a recurring issue: while I am using the headset, it suddenly disconnects or stops producing audio. In order to hear sound again, I have to turn the headset off and then turn it back on.

This is a serious problem because I use the headset for gaming, and if it happens in the middle of a match, I completely lose audio until I manually restart the headset.

I have contacted Amazon several times, but they advised me to handle the issue directly with Razer. Amazon only offered me the option to return the product for a refund, but this is not a suitable solution for me, as it would leave me without the headset, require me to wait for the return/refund process, and then purchase the item again. In addition, the product is now more expensive than when I originally bought it.

Therefore, I kindly request that you review my case and advise me on how to proceed with a warranty solution, either through repair, replacement, or the appropriate RMA process.

I can provide the purchase invoice, Amazon order number, product serial number, and any other information you may need.
