Razer Blackshark V3 X Hyperspeed problem

Hi! I’m having a problem with my headset.

 

When I tried to turn on my headset, it doesn't show it turns on and when I tried to plug in a charger, the charging light doesn't come on. Razer Synapse recognizes the headset when I connect the usb-c dongle but it says “Device is turned off or needs to be connectec via 2.4GHz”. I have tried different usb cables and power sources. 

 

It just came from amazon no more than an hour ago.

    . Try a hard power reset by holding the power button down for 15 seconds, or connect the headset via the original USB-C cable directly to a PC USB port to see if a charge light responds.
