razer blackshark v3 x hyperspeed where is my code for surround sound

I recently Bought my Razer Blackshark V3 X HyperSpeed headset.

1. It did not come with the 7.1 Activation Code
2. I already registered it for a code but didn’t get one but just said “it succeeded”
3. When I request for a new code it says it is not eligible
