Razer Blackshark V3X Issues

Good day, i don't know if anyone at Razer is aware of the fact that the Blackshark V3X Hyperspeed For Xbox has issues very specifically with voice and proximity chat on Arc Raiders, the game simply does not pick up the microphone, on every other game and platform it works, but not arc raiders, plug in another headset works immediately, this is a big issue, firmware is up to date and all settings 100% correct can we get a fix for this please, as i said it's  a widespread issue on these specific headsets

      I just purchased these and im having the same issue !! Please let me know if you've found a fix . This is ridiculous!

        Having since issues. Other wireless headphones work fine. Only Razer Blackshark X Hyperspeed does not work. I can hear everyone, but no one can hear me in either party chat or proximity chat.

        Well looks like it’s been 20 days on this post with no fix in sight. Time to return the headset.

        Yep I returned mine and just went with the turtle beach 600 stealth .. the razer sound quality was definitely more crisp but the mic issue had no fix and razer told me it was a game issue for arc raiders which is a lie because my old mic worked fine

          I have the Black Shark V2Pros and its the same exact thing, I can hear everyone else but no one can hear me. So for now I went and purchased the Black Shark WIRED and have it currently plugged into my controller so I can actually communicate with my parties and others on Arc Raiders. Like it was mentioned above, its only Arc Raiders. My Black Sharks work on every other game no problems what so ever but not on Arc.

           

          I love Razer, I just purchased my son the Black widow gaming keyboard and the Basilisk mouse I believe. Razer is hands down my favorite brand, BUT with that said there has to be a fix. Now I have noticed if I switch the dongle from Xbox to USB they can hear me but I cannot hear them.

           

          What's the fix here Razer.

          Can anyone from Razer confirm that a solution for the Arc Raiders issue is on the way? Or is this on Embark to patch/solve.
