I bought my razer Blacksharks a few months ago and it has got to have some sort of software bug with them. Whenever I open AMD adrenaline software and continue gaming my headset will randomly decide to turn all its volumes to the maximum level and literally scare the shit out of me. I have mainly noticed this in Rocket League and The Finals. They work fine from start up but if I decide to open the adrenaline software while in a game, the sound levels will start to bug out, randomly change volume to be really loud then go down to being really quiet and will repeat this at random intervals. Can anyone give me some help as to what can be causing this? I don't have any AMD audio settings enabled in adrenaline and everything is default. I can provide other settings if they are needed.

For context this is with THX spatial audio turned off. All software is up to date and the only changes to settings in synapse is I have a custom equaliser set.
This also happens while ingame never on desktop and usually happens when tabbing out but continues when in the game.
I have the same issue with the Razer Nari essential, pls help with this problem.
in audio settings on the game device deselect audio enhancements. that seems to have solved the issue for me.
