Hi! My parents bought me a Razer Blackwidow Lite and I tried to register it but it says serial number unknown. Thank you.

Are you registering through Synapse 2 or 3? Try registering through RAZER web portal~~~ https://www.razer.com/product-registration Also try using English US keyboard format, we have seen cases where other English format fails. Otherwise wait for one of the RAZER official support and prepare the followings~~~

Synapse 3. I tried registering through the Razer portal but it says SN unknown. How will support contact me? Thank you so much for your feedback.

One of the RAZER officials will advise you to PM them the details of your RAZER BW Lite through this thread. @Razer.Xenon or @Razer.Speedcr0ss Just be advised, this is a new year holiday time, and I'm not sure whether the support team operates on public holidays. Patience is required.

Allow me to check on it from our system. Please send me the serial number of your device so I can do just that. I'd also appreciate it if you'd send me a copy of your proof of purchase.
