Hi! My parents bought me a Razer Blackwidow Lite and I tried to register it but it says serial number unknown. Thank you.

Are you registering through Synapse 2 or 3?



Try registering through RAZER web portal~~~

Also try using English US keyboard format, we have seen cases where other English format fails.



Otherwise wait for one of the RAZER official support and prepare the followings~~~

  • S/N

  • P/N

Synapse 3. I tried registering through the Razer portal but it says SN unknown.
