Razer BlackWidow Chroma and Firefly not showing up in Synapse.
Help, my Naga popped up when I got synapse installed but no other products popped up. The Blackwidow is lighting up but not showing up in the synapse. The firefly is not even lighting up. Where should I begin to diagnose the problem? The are plugged into the PC. I've unplugged and replugged. Restarted PC to no avail.
