I have been using the Razer Synapse to create macros and profiles for various things for years. I restart my computer every day. Today after restarting all of my macros and profiles have disappeared. I have tried to repair the install of Razer Synapse. Where did all my macros and profiles go? Can I get them back and re import them?

Your profiles and macros are saved to your Razer ID through the cloud. Did you make sure you're logged in on the right account? If you haven't tried doing a clean re-installation of the Synapse application, you can proceed by following the steps here. If that didn't help, PM me the version of the Synapse installed on your PC so I can raise your concern to the Software Team by starting a case.
